Name servers are essentially addresses for a server which you can use to point a domain to a desired server. If you registered a domain with a new hosting package, the domain should already be pointed to the proper HostIsland server, but sometimes you may have incorrect name servers or need to change which name servers your domain is pointed to.

HostIsland has created a new domain control panel which allows you access to add and manage all of your HostIsland domains from a single control panel. The following instructions will show you how to change your domain's name servers using this new control panel.

1. Login to https://www.hostisland.org/clientarea.php
2. Click on domains box
3. Click on the domain name you want to edit the name servers on.
4. Click on the nameservers tab from the left menu and enter the nameservers in the boxes as indicated below.

   You can change where your domain points to here. Please be aware changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
